Volunteer with AVID

AVID is a small charity with only two staff, so we really value the contribution of volunteers to our work supporting people in detention and visitor groups across the UK.

What could I do?

Our volunteers get involved in lots of different ways - from researching and writing for our monthly newsletter, to developing web content, helping organise events and supporting our fundraising.

Why volunteer with AVID?

Whatever your area of interest or experience, volunteering with AVID offers a great opportunity to meet new people, develop new skills and, most importantly, to make a valuable contribution to improving the daily lives of those being held in immigration detention.

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SEEKING VOLUNTEERS. PLEASE CHECK AGAIN REGULARLY.
